Some items to think about when getting a home ready for the market are:

Fresh paint and clean walls are a must

Make sure all electrical outlets and fixtures work 

Service HVAC and replace filters 

If HVAC is old or out of date, replace it 

Replace worn flooring or carpet 

Fix doors, handles, and light fixtures 

Deep clean the entire home

We charge a nominal fee of $130 to provide a written estimate of your make-ready repairs and, if necessary, make recommendations on how to best handle your repair needs. Repairs are only performed inside Beltway 8.  If your property is outside Beltway 8, we can make recommdations on your next step.


For those customers outside Beltway 8, we will provide a quotation for the repairs, but we will not perform the repairs.


We do not provide verbal quotes. All quotes will be provided in writing only.


Our turn around time for make-ready quotes is usually 48 hours.
